Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) carefully before using the Sobmit web application (the “App”) operated by Sobmit.com – a Kopfundgeist Company (“us,” “we,” or “our”).
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the App.
Sobmit is a platform that connects users with local businesses. Users can discover businesses in their area, view offers and deals, and follow their favorite stores to stay informed about new promotions. Business owners can list their establishments, create offers, and reach local customers.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You can create an account using your email address (magic link login) or through third-party OAuth providers such as Google or LinkedIn.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
The App is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you may not use the App.

We reserve the right to remove any business listing or offer that violates these Terms, is reported as fraudulent, or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate.
The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sobmit.com – a Kopfundgeist Company and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Germany and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain all rights to the content you submit to the App (such as business descriptions, offer details, and images). By submitting content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App’s services.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to:
We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of business information or offers posted by third parties. Users should verify offer terms directly with the business.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sobmit.com – a Kopfundgeist Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sobmit.com – a Kopfundgeist Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature within the App or by contacting us at privacy@sobmit.com. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Braunschweig, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
